We place immense value on your time and will ensure that your request is reviewed within 48 hours. Once your request gains approval, we will coordinate a reverse pickup through our trusted courier partner. They will efficiently collect the order from your doorstep.

Once we have the returned order in our possession, our dedicated service team will swiftly assess it. If the concerns you’ve raised are validated, our team will kickstart the refund process within 24 hours.
