Step 1: First clean with an Oil-Based cleaner
If you’re wearing makeup or sunscreen, start with “PERSONTAGE – Cleansing Balm,” an oil-based cleanser to dissolve these products and break down the surface impurities. Apply the oil-based cleanser to dry skin and gently massage it in. Then, rinse it off with lukewarm water.
Step 2: Second Cleanse with AHA Exfoliating Face Wash
- Dispense the Face Wash: take a small amount of the AHA exfoliating face wash onto your palm.
- Gentle Massage: Gently apply the face wash to your damp face.
- Leave On for a Moment: This allows the exfoliating acids to work their magic.
- Rinse Thoroughly: rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Pat Dry: Gently pat your face dry with a clean, soft towel. Avoid rubbing, as your skin might be slightly more sensitive after exfoliation.
Step 3: Follow with Your Night time Skincare Routine
After double cleansing with the AHA exfoliating face wash, continue with the rest of your nighttime skincare routine. This might include applying toner, serums, moisturisers, and any other products you use regularly.
* Sunscreen Importance: AHA use increases skin photosensitivity; applying sunscreen is crucial for protection.
Star Ingredients
- Lactic Acid: Gentle Exfoliation: Delicately exfoliates the surface layer of your skin. This mild exfoliation removes dead skin cells, revealing a fresher, smoother complexion underneath.
- Glycollic Acid—Deep Exfoliation: Known for its ability to penetrate deep into the skin, glycolic acid enhances exfoliation by targeting built-up impurities and promoting the turnover of dull skin cells, resulting in a brighter, more even skin tone.
